Finding a therapist can sometimes feel like a daunting task. To help inform your search, please find below directories of international training institutes that integrate aspects of parts work into their trainings and teachings. Each institute has its own approach to parts work. And, of course, each individual therapist will have their own interpretation and “take” on how to apply parts work in their practice.
You may want to check out websites for individuals near you and then inquire further via a brief phone call or brief inquiry email to get a “feel” for the fit for you as you consider the right match for your needs along with factors such as schedule availability, location, and fees. Each directory below has lists of psychotherapists who have received varying degree of training in each modality.
Each individual practitioner may integrate parts work to varying degrees and with varying styles.
